WORDS FROM A FATHER TO A SON ABOUT MARRIAGE

1. My son, if you keep spending on a woman and she never asked you if you’re saving or investing, and she keeps enjoying the attention, don’t marry her.
2. My son, a woman could be a good wife to you, some could be a good mother to your children but if you’ve found a woman like a mother to you, your children and your family, please don’t let her go.
3. My son, don’t confine the position of your wife to the kitchen, where did you get that from? Even in our days, we had farm-lands where they worked every morning . . . that was our office.
4. My son, if I tell you that you’re the head of the house, don’t look at your pocket; look if you will see a smile on your wife’s face.

Health facts about Urinary tract infection

Urinary tract infection (UTI) is an infection of any point along the urinary tract, from the urethra (in the penis) known as urethritis through the bladder (cystitis) to the kidneys (pyelonephritis).

In adults, women are more likely to have UTI than men, probably due to their having a shorter urethra (for passing out urine) than the longer one in men, which allows shorter and easier migration of disease-causing microorganisms up along their urinary tract.

You may be having a urinary tract infection if you're experiencing some of these below:

2017 Food for thought (a must read)

Ezra and Thomas joined a company together a few months after their graduation from university.
After a few years of work, their Manager promoted Ezra to a position of Senior Sales Manager, but Thomas remained in his entry level Junior Sales Officer position.
Thomas developed a sense of jealousy and disgruntlement, but continued working anyway.

One day Thomas felt that he could not work with Ezra anymore.
He wrote his resignation letter, but before he submitted it to the Manager, he complained that Management did not value hard working staff, but only promoted only the favoured!
The Manager knew that Ezra worked very hard for the years he had spent at the company; even harder than Thomas and therefore he deserved the promotion.
So in order to help Thomas to realize this, the Manager gave Thomas a task.
“Go and find out if anyone is selling water melons in town?”
Thomas returned and said, "yes there is someone!"
The Manager asked, "how much per kg?"

Don't rush what you want to last forever!

We all have different views of success, and we often want to rush to the finish line to be able to fully experience our unique desires! But it's important to understand that most good things take time. Researching best methods, discussing options with others, seeking opinions, improving products or ideas through trial and error, all of these things are key to quality, and quality is a slow and intentional process!

Stay true to who you are!

It's true we are our own worst critics, and it's easy to look at others' strengths and talents while ignoring our own. With the way social media works, we see the best of people's lives and wonder where we have gone wrong.

Find the abundance you've been waiting for

I don't know about you, but when my attitude is ungrateful, fear invites itself to reside in my life, and I'm consumed with everything I lack. Just like the cliche question: "Is the glass half empty or half full?"

Choose better for yourself.

To live a positive life, we cannot live a life of excuses.
When we make mistakes, it's easy to blame them on our circumstances or on someone other than ourselves, but sometimes when we place blame, we end up repeating our mistakes over and over because we don't take ownership.

4 Reasons To Embrace Being Different

Embracing the characteristics about ourselves that are different is difficult. The world gives us an image of who we need to be from our outside to our inside, and deviating from those standards can often cause us to feel isolated.

How to Get a Job You Love

If you've been applying for jobs to no avail, or simply hate the one you currently have, don't give up. It's important to find a career that you love, and, although it might seem like it, it's not an impossible task. With a little perseverance and patience, our tips for finding a job you love will get you on your way to a happier work life.

Good Second Jobs to Earn Extra Cash Outside Your 9-to-5

If you're looking to pay off debt, pile up savings or just need a little extra cash each month, a second job can help you achieve your goal. But not just any second job will do.
Luckily though, there are a ton of random things you can do on the weekends to supplement your present income if you don’t have the time to (and don’t really want to) get a regular, more conventional second job. Get creative and think about how you can use skills you already have to make the most of any spare time you have.

7 Important Signs You’re Unhappy at Work

Just like in your car, where there are alerts to let you know when important systems are not performing as they should, there should be alerts for when you aren’t either. We are all guilty of being on autopilot now and then on the job. But sometimes we don’t realize just how much of our attention has been diverted away from our work—until it’s too late to make necessary corrections.
Here are 7 good signs that you’re unhappy at work and might want to rethink your situation and either re-engage with what you’re doing, or start looking for something else.

It's okay to be scared.

Fear is often a feeling that is frowned upon. The moment fear creeps in, we are overcome with doubt or even guilt for allowing ourselves to be scared.

REMAIN IN THE GAME IF YOU WANT TO WIN

The more you try, the greater your chance of succeeding. The law of averages is on your side.
Taking a risk is often your first necessary step toward success. If you don’t take some risks, you won’t get the chance to succeed.
